Refund policy

At CanineJoy Gears LLP, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

    • Opening of the sealed package

    • The product in its entirety

    • Any visible damage or defect

  • The video must be continuous — unedited, uncut, and without filters — from the moment the package is opened.

  • No return or refund will be processed without this video proof.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.

If your return request is approved:

  • The item must be returned in original condition, along with all packaging and accessories.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method with 7-10 working days

  • All cancellations within this window are free, and no amount will be deducted.
