How long does dispatch and delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Only Custom-sized products usually take around 4–5 days to prepare before dispatch. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 5–7 days, while express shipping typically takes around 3–5 days. Tracking links are shared once the order is shipped.
Why do custom-sized or engraved orders require advance payment?
Custom-sized beds, Custom U-Shaped Diners, and name-engraved products are made specifically for each order, so we take an advance confirmation amount before processing which gets deducted from the total value.
Name engraving: ₹200 advance
Custom-sized beds: ₹800 advance
Custom U-Shaped Diners: ₹800 advance
