Is this suitable for large dogs?

Yes. The 20-inch elevated height is designed to comfortably support most medium and large breeds including Labradors, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Huskies, beagles and Indies.

What makes this different from standard food stands?

Many dog food stands commonly available on Amazon, Meesho, and similar marketplaces are made using lightweight frames, thinner bowls, or basic paint coatings that may become unstable or wear out over time. Our food stands use heavy-duty metal construction with phosphate + powder coating for better durability, along with heavier 202 stainless steel bowls (~214g each) for improved stability during feeding.

Will this work for fast or messy eaters?

Yes. The stable frame design and heavier bowls help reduce unnecessary movement during feeding, especially for dogs that tend to push bowls around while eating or drinking.

Is one size enough for most breeds?

Yes. The 18-inch (H Shape) and 20-inch (U Shape) heights are designed to comfortably work for most medium and large breeds, making them a practical one-size setup for most homes.

How long does dispatch and delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Only Custom-sized products usually take around 4–5 days to prepare before dispatch. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 5–7 days, while express shipping typically takes around 3–5 days. Tracking links are shared once the order is shipped.

Why do custom-sized or engraved orders require advance payment?

Custom and engraved products are made specifically for each order, so we take a small advance confirmation amount before processing (usually ₹150–₹300 for engraving and ₹800 for custom-sized orders). The remaining amount can still be paid via Cash on Delivery.
